Since I could walk, talk, get my hands on a spatula, and lick a bowl clean; I have envisioned opening a bakery to share my love of desserts with the world. This vision has launched a brick and mortar bakery and cafe embodying an atmosphere where friends, family, and strangers gather together to socialize and unite around homemade products that rotate seasonally.

Food has always been a passion of mine and the kitchen has always felt like home! It's a place where I could be myself, create, feel alive, and experience true joy. My desire is to showcase the original flavor found in nature--by avoiding artificial flavorings. At the early age of 14, my passion sparked a home business that consisted of baking desserts, making chocolates, creating designer cakes, and catering a variety of events. My education and love of baking expanded through formal training at Johnson and Wales University as well as a trimester abroad at École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France. 

To say I am passionate about baking is an understatement. Baking is not what I do; it's who I am.
